By placing an order with Elisabeth Williams Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all custom stationery and design services provided by Elisabeth Williams Design. By submitting an enquiry, paying a deposit, or confirming a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Booking & Deposit

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required for all packages over £100 to secure your booking and design time.

Work will not commence until the deposit and completed questionnaire have been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before final artwork is released.
3. Payment
-
Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.

An invoice with full payment details will be issued once your order is confirmed.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change prior to booking.
4. Design Process & Proofs

Each package includes one design draft with amendments.

Amendments should be submitted clearly and in one consolidated response where possible.

Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur an additional fee.

Once final artwork has been approved, any further changes may be chargeable.
5. Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines are provided as a guide and begin once all required information and payments have been received.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the scope of work and requested amendments.

Elisabeth Williams Design is not responsible for delays caused by late responses or incomplete information.
6. Artwork & Personalisation

All artwork is hand-painted and custom created for each client.

Due to the bespoke nature of the work, designs cannot be replicated exactly for other clients.

Minor variations are part of the hand-painted process and are not considered faults.
7. Printing & Colour
-
All designs are supplied digitally in PDF format.
-
Elisabeth Williams Design does not provide printing services.

Colours may vary between screens and printed results due to monitor calibration and printer settings.

We cannot be held responsible for printing errors or colour discrepancies once files have been approved.
8. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to carefully proof all artwork for spelling, grammar, dates, and details before approval.

Elisabeth Williams Design is not liable for errors once final approval has been given.
9. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.

If a client cancels after work has started, no refunds will be issued.

If cancellation occurs before design work begins, any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded.
10. Intellectual Property & Usage
-
All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of Elisabeth Williams Design.

Final designs are licensed for personal use only.

Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Elisabeth Williams Design reserves the right to feature completed work in portfolios, on social media, and on the website unless otherwise requested in writing.
11. Changes to Scope

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.

Requests for additional items not included in your selected package will be quoted separately..
