Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 'Elisabeth Williams Design'.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • All stationery is handmade to order. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of printing and materials.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • By confirming an order, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payment

  • A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full before printing begins.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, details will be provided via invoice.

  • No work will commence until the deposit is received.

  • Timeline varies depending on your order, please see refer to the 'How it Works' page for more information on timelines.

Proofs & Approval

  • Digital proofs will be provided before printing.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to check all details carefully, including names, dates, spelling, and grammar.

  • Once written approval has been given, we cannot be held responsible for any errors.

  • One round of amendments is included in bespoke design packages. Additional changes will incur a fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all payments are non-refundable once design work has begun.

  • If you cancel before design work starts, your deposit will be retained.

  • If the order is cancelled after production has started, the full balance will remain payable.

Can

Production & Delivery​

  • Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.

  • Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or customs.

  • We currently only deliver within the UK. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, due to GSPR requirements.

Intellectual Property & Usage

  • All designs, artwork, and illustrations remain the intellectual property of Elisabeth Williams Design

  • Designs and illustrations may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to share images of completed work on our website and social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
